Good afternoon. I am looking for a liveaboard which is suitable and safe for saltwater, (perfekt if good in sweetwater too) room enough for a single woman and 2 cats and 2 dogs. At least (!) 9 meters I guess, and it should be handable by a single person. The prize range depends on how the boat is. I would trade my georgeous 1997 german made OPEL FRONTERA SPORT 2 and 4 wheel drive. All electric features and all leather seats. Dark green with black softtop. Commercial hotel barge

I am possibly interested in a small, commercial
hotel barge for use in Florida, USA. It should be capable of navigating the
Intracoastal Waterway from Jacksonville to Miami but would be more desireable
if it could handle the leeward seas to Key West. Up to ten small, air-conditioned
cabins with queen-sized beds (king preferred) and ensuite baths are necessary
in this tourism market. Both outside and inside dining/lounge areas (inside
air-conditioned and with bar) must be available. It should have kitchen facilities
for preparing small meals for 24 guests and adequate starage for 4 to 5 days
of catered meals. Minimal, air-conditioned crew's quarters for four would
be adequate. Do you know of any available in the US? What is the cost of
