Roussin apartment

The 2 bedroom Roussin apartment is on the 1st floor of 3 it has 1 bathroom with shower, floor area 66m2. This apartment has a lot of character style medieval redecorated in spicy colours, it has a high an oak beam ceiling and an open log fireplace sleeps 4-5. It is in the heart of the historical city of Dijon overlooking the Palais de Justice and the medieval street of Amiral Roussin. A very nice and safe area to stay in Dijon and this apartment is also ideally situated in the heart of Dijon, perfect for a senior couple.

Price for weekend (3 nights) 330 euros, 1 week (7 nights) 650 euros, during the months of July/August 740 euros.

Berbisey loft

The air-conditioned loft-style apartment, very cozy and romantic, is on the 2nd and last floor of a 17thC manor house. The floor area is approx. 60m2, sleeps 2-4. Restored to a high standing with a modern touch this apartment is also perfectly situated in the old city center. Please note that with this apartment there is no lift.

Price for the weekend (3 nights) 280 euros, 1 week (7 nights) 500 euros, during the months of July/August 590 euros.

Berbisey duplex

The duplex apartment is on the 2nd floor of 3 it has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and a seperate WC, floor area 88m2, sleeps 4. The 17thC manor house is classified as a historical monument by the city of Dijon. It has an amazing entrance door and a very clean closed-in courtyard. The surroundings are très chic and so are the neighbors!

This apartment is more expensive than the others as it is quiet even though it's in the heart of the city center, it's big and très chic.

Price for the weekend 380 euros (3 nights), 1 week (7 nights) 750 euros, during the months of July/August 840 euros for 1 week (7 nights).

The owners both work in tourism and are responsible of 2 very fine hotel barges which cruise on the Burgundy canal between Dijon & Pouilly. They have lived and worked in the Dijon area for the last 20 years, so they know where to go!
