Bouilland
The village of Bouilland is located in a narrow valley with steep hills, woodland and cliffs. It's only a few kilometres from the vineyards of Savigny-les-Beaune.
In the village, the church of Saint Martin dominates the centre. Joining the building is an impressive wash-house with water from the trout stream "Rhoin" which flows through the village.
It's a perfect starting place for hiking and exploring the countryside. Take the path to the beautiful ruins of the Abbey of Sainte Margeritte, built in 1100 A.D.
Restaurant Auberge de Saint Martin

Bouilland is also home to a real French restaurant, the Auberge de Saint Martin, where your hosts, Marie-Luce and Didier Poulet, have been serving delightful dishes made with local and organic ingredients since 2003.
The menu caters for everybody, and the selection of wines will delight any connoisseur. The quality of the cuisine and warm welcome make this one of our top choices in the region.
